Artwork Requirements

Artwork requirements

All artwork must in vector format – .AI or .EPS (created in a program such as Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower, CorelDraw, or other vector based programs).
All text must be converted to outlines, paths or curves.
Camera-ready artwork is required for digitizing images or logos. A one-time set up fee for artwork will be assessed to clean-up images/logos at a rate of $125 per hour. A firmer estimate of the fee can be provided upon receipt of the photo.
Colors shown on the website and in color proofs are approximate as all computer monitor settings are different. Actual colors may vary. Please include a pantone (PMS) color for better matching.
Designer Neon is not responsible for copyright infringed material sent to us. It is assumed that the customer ordering the signs/decals is either the owner or has permission to use any copyrighted material. It is beyond the scope of Designer Neon to authenticate such ownership.

Please include all utilized fonts, or convert the existing text to outlines, paths, or curves.
Photos provided at size must be at 150 dpi or better.
