The Hill community includes the gated entrance, a nice central community pool, spa and tennis courts.  The neighborhood has a resort feel with homes located on a circular street with the community pool located in the middle courtyard area.  The area is also within walking distance to the Peninsula High School, Ridgcrest Middle School and the Peninsula shopping center.
