The Bee Hive Market & Deli is a family owned business that opened in 2016 and was formerly known as Herbies and was in Business for over 35 years. Dr. Phil Millman and his wife Nina Millman are the owner of The Bee Hive Market & Deli.
The establishment is an organic health food and vitamin store offering organic fresh juices, as well as an organic Boar's Head deli and kitchen. They also sell vitamins, homeopathics, sports nutrition and other healthy products. They believe in helping people live full healthy and happy lives.
The establishment brought a new foundation of gourmet food to Whittier, from high quality grass-fed meat and boars' head deli meat, to gourmet food like tuna tartare, scallops, Atlantic salmon and more. Thus the establishment strikes a balance of high-end cuisine and health-conscious dishes.
